 White bread slices12
 Unsalted butter4 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes4 Small, sliced
 Cooked bacon slices8
 Lettuce leaves8 Small
 Cooked chicken/Turkey8
 Mayonnaise4 Tablespoon


1. Toast the breads and chop off its crusts. Spread the butter on one side of the 8 bread slices and butter it on both sides in the remaining 4 slices.
2. Top the 4 slices with tomato, bacons and cover it with slices of bread which are buttered on both the sides. Cover it with chicken, or turkey and lettuce.
3. Spoon the mayonnaise over the meat and top it with remaining 4 slices of the toast and press it tightly.
4. Quarter the sandwiches and spear each piece with a cocktail pick.

5. Serve immediately.
