Club Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| White bread slice | 12 | |
| Unsalted butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Small, sliced | |
| 8 slices cooked bacon | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 8 Small | |
| 8 thin slices cooked chicken or turkey | ||
| Mayonnaise | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Toast the breads and chop off its crusts. Spread the butter on one side of the 8 bread slices and butter it on both sides in the remaining 4 slices.
2. Top the 4 slices with tomato, bacons and cover it with slices of bread which are buttered on both the sides. Cover it with chicken, or turkey and lettuce.
3. Spoon the mayonnaise over the meat and top it with remaining 4 slices of the toast and press it tightly.
4. Quarter the sandwiches and spear each piece with a cocktail pick.
SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
