Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, Club House Indian masala seasoning, coconut milk, and lemon juice. Mix it well. Cover it with plastic, and refrigerate for an hour.

MAKING
2. Take a non-stick pan and heat oil in it. Throw shallots and sauté for about 2-4 minutes or until they become golden brown.
3. Add shrimp mixture to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until shrimps are pink and firm, turning then often.

SERVING
4. Serve coconut shrimp with hot rice.
