1/4 pound fresh mushrooms,thinly sliced
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 cup condensed chicken broth
1/4 cup finely chopped pimiento
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 cup Chicken Mushroom Gravy
Directions
In a deep, 2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter on full power 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms and heat, uncovered, on full power 1 1/2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Add remainder of ingredients to mushrooms and stir to blend well.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 10 to 12 minutes stirring occasionally.
