|Cookies||5 , cut into half (2 1/2 Inch Size)|
|Food coloring||3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|

Grease and flour Batter Bowl or lightly spray with non-stick vegetable spray.
Prepare cake batter according to package directions and pour into prepared Batter Bowl.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Cool cake in bowl 15 minutes on Non-Stick Cooling Rack, then invert bowl on rack and leave in place 3 to 4 hours for cake to release from bowl.
Cool thoroughly before decorating.
To assemble: Trim off rounded bottom of cake with Serrated Bread Knife to level.
Set cake on serving tray, cut side down, and spread with 2 cups of the vanilla icing.
Arrange cookies around bottom of cake for ruffled collar.
Tint 1 cup of icing orange, 1/2 cup red, and 1/2 cup green.
With Decorating Set, pipe orange icing for hair and pipe red and green icing to complete clown face as shown.
Use gum drops and gum ball for eyes and nose.
Top with party hat.
