Cloud Covered Casserole Recipe

This Cloud Covered Casserole tastes awesome ! I believe the potato and egg clouds over beef have given the Cloud Covered Casserole its name ! Try out the Cloud covered casserole and tell me if oyu like it!

Ingredients

 
1 pound ground beef
 
1 medium onion, chopped
 
3/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
2/3 cup cooked grain
 
1 can cut green beans, drained
 
1 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
 
5 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
 
1 egg
 
Milk
 
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a large skillet, fry the ground beef over medium high heat until lightly brown.
Drain off fat.
Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and cooked grain.
Saute until onion is tender and beef is cooked.
Stir in beans and soup.
Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
Whip the mashed potatoes with the egg and a small amount of milk until light and fluffy.
Drop by mounds over meat.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in a 350° F.
Oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
