|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Beef broth/Beef bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned liverwurst spread||4 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned deviled ham spread||4 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Watercress sprigs||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Crackers||1 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|

Let stand 3 to 4 minutes to soften.
Stir over low heat until dissolved; remove from heat.
Pour 1/2 dissolved gelatin mixture into bottom of a 3-cup decorative mold or bowl.
Reserve remaining gelatin mixture at room temperature.
Refrigerate mold or bowl until gelatin mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon, 30 to 45 minutes.
Surface must be sticky.
Into reserved unchilled gelatin mixture, stir liverwurst spread, deviled ham spread, sour cream, grated onion and lemon juice until thoroughly combined.
Pour over chilled gelatin in mold or bowl.
Refrigerate until firm, 4 to 6 hours.
To unmold, dip mold to depth of contents in and out of warm water 3 or 4 times.
Invert onto a platter; remove mold.
Garnish with watercress sprigs.
