Clear Borscht Recipe
Ingredients

| Vegetable bouillon cubes | 5 Cup (16 tbs), dissolved | |

Directions
Heat kvas and broth to boiling in a saucepan, surface if necessary.
Serve hot or chilled with rye bread and a large dollop of sour cream, if desired.
