Clear Vegetable Broth Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 thick pieces celery | ||

| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| 6 teacups water | ||
| 1 teaspoon Marmite | ||
| 2 teaspoons butter or oil | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Chop the celery and carrot finely. Cut the onion into rings.
2. Heat the butter, add the bay leaf and onion and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the vegetables and cook again for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Add the water and boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Add the chopped parsley, Marmite and salt and pepper.
