Ingredients

 8 wonton skins
 Pate50 Gram
 Chicken stock1.2 Liter
 Onions spring3 , thinly sliced
 3 medium-size spring green leaves, shredded
 Light soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons medium dry sherry
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Brush the edges of the wonton skins with water. Divide the pate between them, then fold into triangles, pressing well to seal.
2. Place the stock, spring onions and greens in a large pan, bring to the boil, then simmer for 1 minute. Add the wonton skins and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Check the seasoning and serve immediately.
