Clear Gazpacho Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium-size tomatoes, peeled and chopped | ||
| 2 1/2 quarts regular-strength chicken broth | ||
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Olive oil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced | ||

Directions
In a soup tureen or clear glass bowl (at least 3-qt. size) set in a larger bowl of shaved ice, mix tomatoes, broth, wine vinegar, oregano, oil, and salt to taste.
