Clear Fruit Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups cut unpeeled fruit or berries, rinsed | ||

| 2 or 3 cloves | ||
| Cinnamon stick | 1/2 | |
| Lemon peel to taste | ||
| 2 tablespoons potato starch or cornstarch | ||
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Combine fruit, water, cloves, cinnamon, and lemon peel; simmer until fruit begins to fall apart.
Press fruit and liquid through a sieve, discarding only the skins and pits.
Dissolve starch in water, stir into liquid, and bring to a boil.
Add sugar to taste.
Chill if desired.
