Classic Quiche Lorraine Recipe
Ingredients
| 7 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 unbaked 10-in. pie shell | ||
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash of nutmeg | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place bacon and cheese in pie shell.
Mix remaining ingredients well; pour over bacon and cheese.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
