| Mace | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Cider | 1 Gallon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Meat broth | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except meat broth; mix well.
Simmer, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes; add meat broth to mixture as needed.
