1/2-1 lb elbow macaroni (if you use the larger amount you might need a bit more dressing)
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1.5 Tbs shredded white onion
1.5 Tbs sweet relish
1 Tbs low fat milk
1 Tbs low fat sour cream
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 stalks celery diced
1/2 carrot shredded
salt and pepper
Directions
cook pasta according to package directions, drain and let cool
combine all dressing ingredients, add pasta and stir to coat
let refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend

Curry with mayo ...wow !! I hve to try that out. I havent had Mac salad in a while at home. The pic looks tempting though :)
