|Parsley sprigs||2 , chopped|
|Basil sprig||2 , chopped|
|Black pepper||3 Pinch|

1 In a large saucepan, heat the oil.
2 Add in the chopped garlic and saute until light brown.
3 Once the garlic is brown lower the heat and pour in the tomatoes.
4 Add in the parsley and basil.
5 Sprinkle with black pepper and kosher salt.
6 Mix well to incorporate and let simmer for about 25 minutes.
7 Serve as desired
