Directions

In large heavy no aluminum saucepan, combine tomatoes, onions, red and green peppers, vinegar, celery, sugar, hot pepper, garlic, salt, mustard seeds, celery seeds, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, black and cayenne peppers.
Bring to boil, stirring frequently; reduce heat and simmer briskly, stirring frequently, for about 1 hour or until thickened.
Taste and add up to 1/4 cup (50 mL) more sugar and a little more cayenne if desired.
Fill and seal canning jars; process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
