Classic Bbq Beef Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
5 lbs. beef loin ribs (12-15 ribs)
1/2 c ketchup
2 T prepared mustard
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 T brown sugar nonfat cooking spray
Directions
Parboil the ribs for 20 minutes.
(To parboil ribs: cook the ribs for 20 minutes in a steamer rack over a pan of boiling water).
Cool and remove any visible fat from the ribs.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and brown sugar.
Grill the ribs for 3 minutes and baste with the sauce.
Grill for an additional 2 minutes and baste again, turning the ribs to coat thoroughly.
Grrill 2 minutes.
Serve the ribs with any remaining sauce.
