Classic Waldorf Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup Real, Light or Cholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 medium-size red apples, cored and diced | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Add apples and celery; toss to coat well.
Cover; chill.
Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts.
