Classic Tomato Salad Recipe
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), separated into rings, thinly sliced|
|Avocado||2 Ounce, thinly sliced (Medium Sized, 1/4 Cup)|
|Freshly squeezed lime juice/Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Teaspoon|

1.Take a shallow mixing bowl and mix together avocado, lime juice and stir to coat.
2.Take a serving platter ad arrange the tomatoes and onion decoratively in it.
3.Arrange avocados on the platter along with the tomatoes.
4. Drizzle oil over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
5. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
6. Sprinkle cheese and Serve chilled.
