Classic Soy Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe Video

This is a great salad dressing for any Asian type salad. I would recommend using a low sodium type of soy sauce for this salad dressing. Otherwise the soy sauce might overpower the salad. Another great choice would be Tamari. Tamari is a Japanese soy sauce that is darker in color and has a deeper flavor than soy sauce. It is not always easy to find but if you do, you will be pleased with the subtle differences it offers compared to regular soy sauce.

Editors Review

Here's another great salad dressing for your collection! This Classic Soy Ginger Vinaigrette is more like a multi-purpose sauce/dressing for salads and other dishes. This goes well with any salad you like especially Asian ones. A soy sauce-based dressing cuts out the oils and fats, but still adds full flavor to dishes. This is sweet and tangy and fat free!
