Classic Pesto Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Basil leaves | 2 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup walnuts, pecans or pine nuts | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Parmesan and romano cheese | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1. IN a food processor, add basil leabves, olive oil, nuts nad garlic and process till smooth
2. In a mixing bowl, add the basil mixture and stir grated cheese into it by hand
SERVING
3. Serve/Use as appropriate
