Classic Pecan Pie Recipe
I have perfected this wonderful Classic Pecan Pie recipe in no time. The most important ingredient in Classic Pecan Pie is Nuts. Best enjoyed as a Dessert this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup Light or Dark Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons Margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecan halves Easy-As-Pie Crust or 1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla; stir until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
