Classic Mai Tai Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 oz. light Puerto-Rican rum | ||
| 1 1/2 oz. dark Meyer's rum | ||
| 1/2 oz. Trader Vic's Orgeat syrup | ||
| Orange juice | 1 Ounce | |
| Juice of one lime | ||
| 1 spear of pineapple | ||
| Crushed ice | ||
| Sprig of mint | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker glass, combine rums, syrup, orange and lime juice.
2. Use a cocktail stirrer or bar spoon to mix well.
SERVING
3. Fill a hi-ball glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour the drink over the ice.
5. Garnish with sprig of mint and spear of pineapple placed on the rim of the glass.
6. Serve chilled with a stirrer and straw
