 Onion1 Large, chopped
 3 tablespoons olive or cooking oil
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced
 Tomato sauce2 Can (10oz)
 Tomato Paste2 Can (10oz)
 2/3 cup burgundy, beef broth or tomato juice
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Basil1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

In 3-qt casserole place onion, oil and garlic.
Microwave at High (10) 3 to 4 Minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until onion is limp.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, wine, broth or juice, brown suagr, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix together well.
Cover.
Microwave at High (10) 12 to 14 Minutes, stirring after 6 minutes, until very hot.
