 Chickpeas1 Can (10oz), drained
 Tahini1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Extra virgin olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), peeled
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine chickpeas, tahini, water, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cayenne in a food processor.
Puree until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with low-carb crackers or cut-up vegetables.
