 1 cup mayonnaise, purchased or homemade
 Green chili pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Whipping cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped
 Salt To Taste
 Lemon juice
 2 small heads iceberg lettuce
 Crabmeat1 pound
 Tomatoes4 Large, cut into wedges
 4 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
 Parsley sprigs
 Lemon wedges

Directions

In a small bowl, thoroughly combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, and onions; fold into whipped cream.
Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.
Arrange outer leaves of lettuce on 4 large plates; shred remaining lettuce and divide evenly among the plates.
Place crabmeat on top of shredded lettuce, and arrange tomatoes and eggs around crab.
Spoon dressing over crab; garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
