Classic Cheesecake Recipe
Classic Cheesecake has a great taste. Classic Cheesecake gets its taste from crumbs filled with cheese and cream. Classic Cheesecake is inspired by many cafeteria around the world.
Ingredients
Crust
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling
1 cup cottage cheese
1 lb cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Directions
Crust Butter an 8 inch (20 cm) springforrn cake pan.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix Graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter.
Press over bottom and along sides of pan.
Set aside.
Filling Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a large bowl, whip cottage cheese until smooth.
Fold in cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla extract.
Stir in eggs.
With a spatula, add milk.
Pour into pan.
Bake in oven 45-55 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spread sour cream over cake.
Let cool 30 minutes before unmolding.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours.
Decorate with strawberries.
