Classic Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Kosher salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Anchovy paste | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan | 3 Tablespoon, shredded | |
| Romaine lettuce | 8 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parmesan shavings | ||
Directions
Mash garlic with salt using the side of a knife blade to make a paste; set aside.
Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, and pepper in a large bowl.
Whisk in oil, 3 T.
Parmesan, and garlic paste.
Add romaine to bowl and toss to coat.
Garnish with Parmesan shavings.
