Classic Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ciabatta loaf, cut in 1 1/2 cm / 1/2 in slices | ||
| 60 ml / 2 fl oz olive oil | ||
| 1/2 cup / 80 g / 2 1/2 oz sun-dried tomato paste | ||
| 180 g / 6 oz bocconcini, each ball shredded into 5 slices | ||
| 1/2 cup / 45 g / 1 1/2 oz basil leaves, shredded, or whole leaves | ||
Directions
1. Grill ciabatta slices on each side for 2-3 minutes.
