 2 pounds breast of lamb, cubed
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 Red wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red currant jelly1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Marjoram1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

1) Lightly season the lamb with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until slightly tender.
2) Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour the mixture over the lamb and bake for 25 minutes or until lamb is glazed and tender, basting often.
