This sandwich is very easy to prepare and delicious to eat. The ingredients used are usually available in any supermarket. A perfect snack for a summer picnic or you can also enjoy it while watching a movie in your house. The best thing is you can try lot of variation depending on ingredients available.

Ingredients

 Bacon1/2 Pound
 White bread slice8 , toasted
 Iceberg Lettuce- 8 full leaves, washed
 Ripened Tomatoes- 2 large, cut in 8 slices
 Mayonnaise8 Tablespoon
 Whole grain mustard2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a non-stick pan, sauté the bacon for 5 minutes or until crispy.
2) Remove and drain the bacon on paper towels.

MAKING
3) Smear 1/4 tablespoon of mustard over the toasted breads slices, if using.
4) Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over the mustard.
5) Arrange 4 slices of bread on the working table.
6) Place 1 lettuce leaf over each toast.
7) Top the lettuce with 2 slices of tomatoes.
8) Arrange the bacon slices evenly over the 4 toast, break the bacon slices if needed.

FINALIZING
9) Cover the bacon with remaining lettuce leaves.
10) Top the lettuce with remaining toast.
11) To finish, slice the sandwich diagonally.

SERVING
12) Serve with a small mixed salad and hot French fries.

TIPS
If you are not using mustard, spread the mayonnaise directly over the toasted bread slice.
You can also use butter instead of mustard.
