Claret Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soda water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemons | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Pineapple | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Maraschino. | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 bottles claret | ||
| Champagne | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Strawberries | ||
| Ice | ||
Directions
Mix together the confectioner's sugar, soda water, lemons, pineapple and maraschino liqueur.
Allow to stand until ready to serve.
When ready, pour the mixture into a large punch bowl.
Add the claret and champagne.
Put in a large piece of ice and garnish with fresh strawberries.
