 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Thyme leaves1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup milk or light cream
 Dash Tabasco sauce
 Egg1 , beaten
 Minced2 Can (10oz), drained
 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Grated Parmesan cheese
 Paprika
 Lemon wedges

Directions

Place celery, green pepper and butter in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and thyme.
Gradually stir in milk and Tabasco sauce.
Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the egg.
Stir egg into hot mixture.
Stir in clams, corn flake crumbs and parsley.
Spoon clam mixture into 4 ramekins or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese.
Microwave 3 to 5 minutes [REHEAT-6, 6 to 8 minutes.]
