Clams Daniel Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Clams | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Heat oil in a skillet.
2) Add and saute onions till soft and transparent.
3)Blend in curry powder, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.
4) Add the clams and shake pan to coat them. .
5)Pour sherry and flambe the clams and dish out immediately.
SERVING
6)Serve hot with hot buttered melba toast.
