Clams Casino Recipe

| 24 hard-shell clams | ||
| 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano | ||

Directions
Wash clams.
Open clams, discarding top shell and loosening meat from bottom shell.
Drain well on paper towels.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except paprika.
Place clams on tray or two plates.
Top each clam with a heaping teaspoon of crumb mixture.
Cook loosely covered with wax paper, 3 minutes or until clams are set.
Sprinkle with paprika.
