Clam-Mushroom Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients
Clams - 1 can, drained (reserving liquid) & minced
Cottage cheese - 1/2 pounds
Onion - 1/2 small, grated
A dash of garlic salt sauce
Celery salt - 1 teaspoon
Mushroom caps
Grated cheese for garnish (optional)
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a blender container and combine cottage cheese and clams in it. Blend the mixture.
2) Add garlic salt, onion, celery salt, clam juice and Worcestershire sauce. Blend the mixture until smooth.
3) Fill the mushroom caps with prepared mixture and broil for some time.
SERVING
4) Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
