Baked Clam in Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Clams | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Saltines – 30, crushed | ||
| Melted butter | 1/4 Pound | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushroom soup - 1 can | ||
| Eggs – 2, beaten | ||
| Corn | 10 Gram, crushed | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 375° F.
MAKING
2) Take a large bowl and combine saltines and clams in it.
3) Stir in milk, butter, eggs and soup. Mix nicely.
4) Turn the mixture into a baking dish.
5) Top with corn flakes and place the baking dish in a pan of water.
6) Bake for about 1 hour.
SERVING
7) Garnish with cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
