Clam-Avocado Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 7 1/2-ounce can minced clams
1 avocado, seeded and peeled
2 tablespoons catsup
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash salt
Directions
Drain clams, reserving liquid.
Sieve avocado or mash with fork till smooth.
Combine clams, avocado, catsup, instant minced onion, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
If necessary, add some reserved clam liquid to make of dipping consistency.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve with crisp assorted crackers or celery sticks.
