Clam Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Part-skim ricotta cheese - 1 cup | ||
| Reduced-calorie mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Clams | 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Scallions (green onions)1/2 cup, chopped | ||
| Dijon-style mustard - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a blender container, process the cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy, scrape down sides of container, if required.
2) In a small mixing bowl, pour the mixture, add rest of the ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
3) Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
SERVING
4) Use as required.
