Clam Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tbsp. diet margarine | ||
| Green onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 7 1/2-oz. bottle clam juice | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet melt margarine.
2) Cook on low heat cook onions and rice in the diet margarine till golden.
3) Mix remaining ingredients.
4) Boil the mixture.
5) Stir and cover pan. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
6) Toss the mixture lightly.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
