 2 cups canned clams, ground or minced, and drained, reserving juice
 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
 Clam Juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, well-beaten
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery stalks2 Small
 Onion1 Small
 2 9-inch unbaked pie crusts
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Grind celery and onion in blender with clam juice.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into bottom pie shell, dot with butter.
Cover top with second pie crust.
Prick top crust.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
