Ingredients

 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Green onion1 , chopped
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 can minced clams, with juice
 1 8-oz. pkg. wide noodles, cooked
 Bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Place butter in a 2-quart casserole.
microwave 30 seconds to melt.
Add onion; microwave 1 minute; stir and microwave 1 minute more.
Mix milk, flour and salt.
Gradually add to butter mixture.
Mix well.
Microwave to a thick and very smooth texture and until mixture comes to a boil (about 8 minutes), stirring every minute.
Blend in noodles and clams.
Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
Microwave 5 minutes, uncovered.
