Clam Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tsp. Accent | ||
| Seasoning salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tsp. Wright's liquid smoke | ||
| Celery salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine these ingredients; set aside.
Heat frying pan adding small amount of oil.
Cut cooked clams into small pieces and put in frying pan; sprinkle with paprika.
Brown slightly and add to oil mixture while still warm so flavor will be absorbed.
