Clam Corn Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Clams | 1 7 Ounce | |

| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Pimientos | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash cayenne | ||
| 1 cup cream-style corn | ||
| 1/2 cup cracker crumbs | ||
| Melted butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Drain liquid from clams, add enough milk to make 1 cup liquid and combine with beaten eggs.
2. Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased casserole.
3. Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) until firm, about 45 minutes.
