Ingredients
| Veal | 1/2 Pound, cubed | |
| Pork | 1/2 Pound, cubed | |
| Beef | 1/2 Pound, cubed | |
| Seasonings to taste | ||
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Alternate meats on 6 wooden sticks.
Season to taste.
Roll inflour, beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Brown meat on all sides in pressure cooker, using no lid or rack.
Remove meat from pressure cooker; drain out grease, leaving residue from browning.
Place rack in cooker and put in meat.
Pour in water.
Place cover on cooker and set pressure on 10 pounds.
Reduce heat after control jiggles; let cook for 25 minutes.
Reduce pressure and remove meat.
Mix flour in milk.
Stir into drippings in cooker.
Salt to taste.
Pour over meat.
Season to taste.
