Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the undrained grapefruit and mandarin orange sections.
Spoon evenly into ramekins.
In another small bowl, mix together brown sugar and 3 tbsp (45 mL) flour.
Sprinkle over fruit and dot with 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in 4 tbsp (50 mL) butter.
In a measuring cup, add enough milk to beaten egg to make 1/2 cup (125 mL).
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Drop batter by spoonfuls over hot fruit cups to form biscuits.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
