Citrus-Cream Dressing Recipe
Ingredients

| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt Few grains cayenne | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped Pecans, coarsely chopped Kumquats, coarsely chopped, or candied orange peel, coarsely chopped | ||
Directions
Beat together in saucepan eggs, sugar, fruit juices, spices and butter or margarine.
Cook, over low heat, stirring, and bring just to boiling point; then remove from stove.
When cool, fold in whipped cream.
Turn into serving bowl, and garnish with pecans and kumquats or candied orange peel.
