Ingredients

 Eggs2
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice2 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon salt Few grains cayenne
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped Pecans, coarsely chopped Kumquats, coarsely chopped, or candied orange peel, coarsely chopped

Directions

Beat together in saucepan eggs, sugar, fruit juices, spices and butter or margarine.
Cook, over low heat, stirring, and bring just to boiling point; then remove from stove.
When cool, fold in whipped cream.
Turn into serving bowl, and garnish with pecans and kumquats or candied orange peel.
