Citrus-Buttered Lobster Recipe
I got to try out this Citrus-buttered Lobster at my friend's place. My GOD, It was simply mind blowing! The Citrus-buttered Lobster is made with Seafood which is easy to find at any grocery store. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Side Dish! I shall look forward to your comments on this recipe.
Ingredients
4 6- or 8-ounce frozen lobster tails
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash ground ginger
Dash paprika
Lemon wedges
Directions
With a sharp, heavy knife, cut down through center of hard top shell of partially thawed lobster tails.
Cut through meat, but not through under shell.
Spread open, butterfly-style, so lobster meat is on top.
Place tails on broiler pan, shell side down.
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, orange peel, salt, ginger, and paprika.
Brush over meat.
Broil 4 inches from heat till meat loses its translucency and can be flaked easily when tested with a fork, about 17 to 20 minutes.
Loosen meat from shell by inserting fork between shell and meat.
Serve with lemon wedges.
