Ingredients

 Frozen florida orange juice concentrate3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thawed
 Vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Olive oil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Water1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Torn mixed salad greens6 Cup (96 tbs)
 Florida orange/2 florida grapefruit3 , peeled, sectioned and seeded
 Julienned peeled jicama1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Red onion1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings

Directions

1. In a jar, combine orange juice concentrate, vinegar, olive oil, water and pepper; cover and shake well. Chill for up to 1 week. Before using, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, then shake well.
