Citrus Tarragon Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned | ||
| Orange peel | 1 Tablespoon, grated (Marinade:) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Dried tarragon | 1 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water | ||
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all marinade ingredients, pour over chicken, cover, and refrigerate 2 hours.
Place chicken and marinade in large flat baking dish.
Bake covered for 30 minutes.
Take chicken out of marinade.
In saucepan combine marinade with cornstarch; cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
To serve, ladle sauce over chicken.
